What you own
The same ownership and handover terms as our websites apply: you own the code, and it is handed over working.
After handover
If anything is broken in the first 30 days, we fix it free. That covers things that are broken, not new work.

What to tell us first
A sentence or two is enough. It helps to know:
- The job as it is done today, and how often.
- What it is done with now: paper, a spreadsheet, text messages.
- Where it goes wrong or takes too long.
- Who would use the tool, and whether on a phone or a computer.
