What we build
Workplace safety analytics
A manufacturing site is already generating the record it needs: incident reports, near misses, corrective actions, inspection logs. Most of it gets filed rather than read. We measure it — where risk is concentrating and which direction it is moving — and benchmark the site against public regulatory data for its industry.
The value is not the chart. It is a flag raised in week three instead of a finding in the year-end review.
Compliance evidence systems
In a regulated operation, running the check is rarely the hard part. Proving you ran it — months later, to someone with no reason to take your word for it — is. We build systems where every automated scan, every human approval, and every correction is written into a tamper-evident, signed record.
Entries are linked, so a missing or altered one is detectable rather than invisible. And the whole chain is structured so an auditor can verify it themselves, without having to trust us or the software that produced it.
How we work

Measurements, not impressions.
Nothing appears on a screen that was not computed from the customer’s own data. No illustrative figures, no sample numbers left in, no placeholder that quietly survives to production.

Deterministic first, models second.
If a rule, a threshold, or a query answers the question, that is what we ship. A model earns its place only where the deterministic path genuinely cannot reach, and it never gets the last word on its own.

“Insufficient data” is an answer.
When the record is too thin to support a conclusion, the system says so and stops. A confident-looking output built on four data points does more damage than a blank one.

Evidence your auditor can re-verify.
Every result traces back to the inputs and the logic that produced it. A third party should be able to run the check independently and arrive at the same place. If they cannot, we have not finished.
